Registration matters
For most fixed electrical work in the home, using an electrician registered with NICEIC, NAPIT or a similar competent person scheme means the work can be certified without a separate council inspection. Ask for the certificate on completion, check reviews, and get a written quote for larger jobs such as rewires, consumer unit changes or EV charger installation.
